<p>There is a need for a ‘UCLA FAQ’, in order to answer common questions (financial aide, how hot the guys/girls are, social life, majors, courses, etc.)</p>

<p>im all about qualifiers. i think that if someone is smart enough to get into UCLA, they might also be smart enough to realize that: A- everything posted here is strictly based on the poster’s own opinion, and B- that certainly not everything said here will apply to everyone. That said, one should be able to distinguish the difference between a factual response (eg- financial aid stipulations) and an opinion based response (um, for example, UCLA lacks a sufficient number of attractive males). Everything said here should be taken with, at most, only a few grains of salt, so a thread like this is fine. Ask what you want, reply as you please. Its fun and I guarantee if someone has a varying opinion, they will state it. Subjectivity only fosters discussion.</p>
