<p>In overall engineering, UIC, they have been in and out of the USNWR undergraduate rankings; I’ve never seen SDSU. South Dakota School of Mines and Technology is a good engineering school if you like South Dakota</p>
<p>You should think about where you want to live upon graduation, because a UIC degree won’t improve your chances at a S.D. job, and vice versa.</p>
