does anyone know how do you send your counselor/advisor evaluation form? Can you fax it or do you have to mail it? Also do you have to send your transcript by mail or do high school’s send it for you?</p>

<p>Hi AJ- My daughter’s GC is taking care of sending in her eval form and the high school transcript. I think the college wants the eval to come directly from the GC. My d gave her GC a stamped , addressed envelope and due date info to use when sending those items in.</p>
