What Are My Chances

I'm wondering if you guys can give me pointers on how I'm doing right now and what I need to do to improve my chances of getting accepted to the following schools of my choice with at least a half tuition scholarship with a high chance of going into medical school (I have nothing saved up for college and Fastweb scholarships are too competitive, meaning I haven't gotten one yet from Fastweb):

Schools
University of Washington - Safety, maybe a match?
Rochester - Maybe a match?
Johns Hopkins University - I presume a Reach but also a match
Yale - Most likely Reach
Stanford - Yet again a Reach

My stats:
PSAT Results - 211 but expected higher because I have potential at least around 220s. I mean my sister, a freshman even scored 226 on the PSAT this year.
58 - CR (Mis-marked one entire section of scantron)
73 - Math
80 - Writing

GPA: 4.0
AP Scores: AP World History (5)
AP Classes in progress: AP Physics C, AP Calculus BC, AP Language and Composition, and AP Biology
Expecting an SAT score of at least 2200s...

Cons-no work experience

Volunteer Experience-Key Club Community Service Activities, Boy Scouts of America (currently working on Eagle Scout Project), Church Community Service

Extracurriculars
Pianist - I can pretty much play music at any level
Technology Enthusiast - I can create webpages, build computers, fix computer-related problems with ease
Track and Cross Country Runner - no outstanding times yet... just 5:44 mile in Track and 19:30 3-miler in Cross Country.

Clubs-International Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Student Council (9th and 10th, didn't make the vote this year), Science Bowl, Math Team, NHS, Chess Club-President in 9th and 10th grades, Knowledge Bowl... probably forgot some others

Honors-National Honor Roll, National Honor Society, 5th in state math competition, Expecting AIME qualification this school year

If there is any other information you need to make a good enough decision, let me know!!!

you can definitely get into UW... i can't judge you for the other schools

More responses please... bump
