which could be a reach?

<p>Hi, i’m an international from venezuela. At the beginning i wanted to apply to ivy’s but i’ve noticed that i have no chances at all, so i wondered which colleges are good in international studies/ political sciences and could be a reach for me.</p>

<p>SAT: Hoping 2000
SATII: French 740 Literature 720 Math I 610
GPA 17/20
Rank: my school doesn’t have but in diverse admission tests i’ve been: 15/5000 64/ 9000 and 103/9000
Lots of Extracurriculars at music level
great recomendation letters</p>

<p>i was thinking of NYU, Berkeley USC and Boston college, but i’m not sure…please help!!!</p>
