transfer scholarships??

Does anybody know when they start making scholarships decision for admitted transfer students??? Any experiences and say regarding scholarships are welcome.

    where are you transferring from just wondering? but i would check the HOWDY portal thing often under financial aid it shows scholarships

    I am transferring from a community college in Houston. I am an international student on VISA. A scholarship of $1000 or more would waive my out of state fee.
