Transfer ideas

I'm currently at GW for Mechanical Engineering and will be a sophomore this upcoming Fall. My GPA is currently about a 3.4 and say I manage to pull it up to a 3.5-3.6 by the time I send in my transfer materials, what kind of schools am I looking to have a fair shot at? I haven't completely decided if I want to do engineering or econ, so have been taking courses for both majors thus far.

Extracurriculars at College:

- Vice President of my Residence Hall
- Currently employed at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum.

I came from an economically disadvantaged high school, but graduated top 5% albeit with a 3.6 weighted GPA. Scored a 2140 on my SAT and 730 USH SAT II and 700 Math II.
