I was wondering if I should take ochem at a cc and transfer as Bio major or transfer as health science major and take Ochem and other major prerequisites at a UC?

It would really help if you provided more information as to your future goals. It's impossible to tell you what you should do since you have to make the ultimate decision as to what's best for your education, but we could have a better discussion if you elaborated on your plans and what you're hoping to achieve.

But as far as major prerequisites go, you will be most competitive for transfer if you have a plan to complete all of those before you enter the UCs. I'm not really sure why you would intend to finish all the prerequisites if you choose the Biology major but leave them off if you choose Health Science (though I may be reading your intentions incorrectly).
