Ok so this past summer, I took 3 online 1 month long accelerated classes at my community college with the intent of transferring them over to whichever school I was going to end up at. I already knew I probably wasn't going to go back to my previous school, so I didn't bother telling them I was taking classes at my cc( Allthough I told my CC that I was just a transient student taking these classes with the intent to just transfer them back to my college) I just wanted to get a couple more gen ed classes out the way for whatever school I was going to end up at. Anyway the classes end, I get decent grades an A,B and a C and I honestly just kind of forgot about them, I was just rushing so much and focused on trying to figure out where I was transferring to for this fall semester, and didn't end up applying and getting accepted to my current school until the last week of Aug, a week before classes started so it was all just one big rush. Anyway I only put on my app my previous schools transcript that I attended and never mentioned the cc classes that I just took, it really just slipped away from me because it's not like they're bad grades and I'm trying to hide it. Now I'm about to start my second semester here and just realizing all this, because while I was looking for classes to take this semester, it says I still need to take a history class, which was one of the classes I took this summer at my cc.
So how should I go about this? Should I just email my current school and honestly explain that I forgot to include and send my cc trnascript of classes I took this summer? Or would it look too fishy that I'm just realizing this now, about to start my second semester here? I do not want to risk anything bad happening to me at my current school because of this if I bring this up, because I know for a fact that it'll be like I never even took classes at my cc if I don't even bring it up and there'll be no issue, but I don't want to do that because I want these credits applied to my current school so I don;t have to waste my money and retake a couple gen ed classes. Or am I just over thinking and worrying way too much about this, and they;ll just say ok don't worry about it and apply the credits to my transcript? Any thoughts on this would be helpful!!! Thanks
