I wanted to login to the TAMS to check my Financial Aid Document Tracking, but the system said that my username or password was wrong. I tried several times and paid close attention to spelling and case, but was not able to login. When I tried to have a new password sent to me I was told that there was no record of my e-mail address in the system. I have used TAMS several times since submitting my application and never had such difficulties before.
I tried to send an email to the address given, but it came back with the notice that they were unable to deliver it.
