I volunteer with refugee children over the summer, about 130 hours
I volunteer at March of Dimes
I work at Liz Lange Maternity Store and the school Library
I also attended a rigoruos 10 day law prgram at Washington, where I won an award for my mock trail performance

Sounds pretty good, except for the GPA could be better. Get some good grades (at least mostly As) first semester and show interest by visiting or talking to professors. If you are really interested in Tufts I would suggest applying ED or EDII because a good amount of the incoming class gets in that way.

Sounds good to me, junior and senior year grades are important so work hard next semester. That will make a huge difference! Good luck!

Do you think that if I improve my senior year, it will make a difference, and make up form my bad grades now?

I think that taking some AP classes would help also.

thegreatgatsby is right, AP's are important and yes I think it would make up for it. I think you have a great shot at Tufts! Keep us informed
