I just wanna to create this thread and ask if something similar happened with anybody. I check myUCSC this morning and it said I was admitted but when I log in later the message had vanished. I called them and they said they were running tests and they couldn’t even confirmed if I was in fact admitted or not! She end up saying that I should check the portal again in a day or 2... I’m super worry and not sure what to do.

This happened to me as well. I spoke with admissions this morning and the wording in the admissions notification was incorrect somehow. So the notices were pulled and they will be added back to myucsc by tomorrow night. I was told if the notification was not back by then, to call on Wednesday.

The exact same thing happened to me. I checked the portal this morning and my application status stated I was admitted. I checked again later in the afternoon and the message had vanished. I called admissions and records to make sure that I was truly admitted and she confirmed. Hopefully the message reappears soon since it provides the link to submit the SIR.

I see. I was still waiting for the financial aid before sending my SIR, but Santa Cruz is for sure my first option so I was very nervous!
