I want to leave UC Davis
Hi. I am an incoming sophomore at UC Davis with about 46 credits majoring in Chicano Studies. I am 8 hours away from home and want to go back immediately. I have never felt so anxiety-ridden, stuck, lost, etc. I thought coming back to Davis would be easier considering it's my 2nd year but my mental health is deteriorating from being here. I have severe depression and anxiety and being in Davis isn't helping at all. I want to go back home and transfer to another UC much closer to home. Is there a way to do this without having to stay the full 2nd academic year at Davis? I was also thinking of dropping out of Davis after fall/winter quarter and going to a cc and then transferring to ucr whenever i can? I just need help and advice.3 replies
