Do you have to report AP scores for 1-year transfers?

I am planning to transfer to a UC this fall after 1 year of CC. My CC only processes my AP credit after 12 units of course work, so I don't think they'll show up on my transcript when I apply. On my application do I have to report the scores I received on the exams or just the exam titles and expected credit??
