Does American Universities want my year 10 grades if I'm doing British Patterned Education?

Hi! So, I'm an international student doing IGCSE's (it's kind of like GCSE but its international). We have high school from year 10-13, where IGCSE is at the end of year 11, AS level is at 12 and A levels are at 13. So, most of the time i heard that unis look at IGCSE, AS level and predicted A level grades. But, my question is do they look at/care about end of the year 10 grades? If I'm calculating GPA do i take year 10 into account or just year 11 onwards?

Some unis i looked up didn't mention year 10, only IGCSE's onwards. Just making sure if this is true or not?

    If I'm calculating GPA
With the exception of California public universities, few will ask you to calculate GPA, so don't.

    Yes.

If semester grades are on the transcript, AOs look at those. They can't unsee things, but I think year-end grades are more critical.

I'm going to disagree. On the Fulbright website, there is a template transcript for students on the British system and it asks for GCSE grades (or in this case IGCSE), AS grades, and predicted A2 grades. Nothing about year 10 end of year grades. I can't see how they could ask for year 10 term grades when some British schools don't offer them. But I don't have any personal experience or know anyone who applied who was educated on the British system. Your best bet would be to email a few universities you're interested in and ask them directly and/or go onto **** and find any active posters who are British students at US universities (there are a lot more there than on CC) and ask them.
