On my UC application, I said I will take four AP tests. However, circumstances
made me only able to take two. Should I report this change on the MyUCDavis portal? Will they rescind me?

You should email the admissions office. As far as being rescinded goes, it should only be an issue if you got a poor grade in one of the classes.

I wouldn't worry a bit. Odds are, that if you got a 3 or better, those AP scores may not help with graduating anyway.

For example... History or English would not benefit you in Mechanical Engineering... you'll get a bunch of credits added to your total UC Davis total units, but non would help towards units required to graduate.

Check the catalog for your situation.
