Class schedule too difficult??

Here is my (rough) first quarter class schedule as of now:
-MAT 21A (I recevied a 5 on both AP Calc AB and BC)
-ECS 32A - Intro to Programming (I have one year of experience w/ Java, not Python)
-CGS 001 - Intro to Cognitive Science (Something I am very interested in)
-FRS 002 - a 2 credit seminar involving shared readings, discussions, written assignments and term papers
Am I going to want to drop any classes because of an extremely heavy work load?
I was able to handle most/all challenges that high school had to offer me, but is this too much?
I am guessing that MAT21A and FRS002 will be moderately easy for me to get high grades in
