Out of state app

What are the minimum requirements for out of state applicants?

I am a junior right now. So far 1340 in one sitting is my best 700 math 640 verbal. I hopefully can get it up to a 1380 or 1400, but its hard in 1 sitting to get your best in both. I have a 95 unweighted average in my HS. So that is a 4.0 unweighted. All my classes are considered honors classes although none are AP (we don't have them, but we can take the test, and most of our students do pass them). I go to a specialized high school in communications that you must apply to get into. Our average SAT score is about a 1310. My EC's are okay: I played baseball and basketball freshman year, I volunteer 1 day a week tutoring the homeless, I took cisco semester 1-4 over soph and junior year to get my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate Degree), I am in NHS, and write for the school newspaper which has won several awards. I should be editor of the sports section by the end of the year.

What are my chances at UCLA?
