Prospective poli sci transfer with 2 w's

Hello. In my first semester, Fall 2019, I withdrew from 2 GE courses so I only completed 9 units with a 3.3 gpa. In Spring 2020, I enrolled in 20 units (3 units from winter but it counts as spring) and I got all A's thankfully (was pretty hard). Also, 7 of those units during the spring are honors courses part of my cc's honors program. I plan on doing UCLA tap for the honors program. I currently have a 3.79 gpa and currently enrolling in two summer courses which can bring me up to a 3.8. I want to transfer into the Poli Sci major for fall 2021. I will be done with my major requirements and IGETC by the end of fall 2020. Will these 2 w's have an affect on my admission? Do I need to give an explanation on the uc app? Thanks.
