I think it was day 2 of orientation, because I know 104 ended Friday.

Felt it. No biggie compared to the Northridge quake in 1994.

    lol, it happened during class.

My professor asked us what should we do and being the philosophers we are, we sat and debated the topic. Standing in the doorway? Then it came to the topic of what is the difference between margarine and butter...

by the time we decided to leave the building, it was long over.

of course anyone that sat underneath the giant light fixtures moved immediately.

I felt it and crawled underneath a table lol.

It's day one of orientation 105, and they were in the middle of opening presentations. My friends there texted me. From what I heard some people ran outside, and OOSers screamed.

I was driving in the car so I didn't feel it. What annoyed me most was the 3 text messages and 5 emails I got from Bruinalert. I mean, come on, a tiny earthquake, big deal. I'm starting to wonder if Bruinalert is going to freak out every time there's a tiny disturbance. I don't think anyone died and probably no one was seriously injured.

It's exactly as kimx described... it was actually kinda funny because I was falling asleep during the presentation and the earthquake woke me up!

I'm at 105 and as previously stateed, yeah, it happened during our first lecture/welcome talk. Even though I've lived in Cali for 18 years, it was the first I've felt. Pretty fun. Everyone around me thought the person behind him/her was kicking their chair. And I did hear that some people screamed and ran outside, but I was too caught up in the excitement to notice. I love non-damage-causing earthquakes! :D
