this might be a bit of a stretched scenario to create a thread, but i had a really quick question.
Why does ted.ucsd.edu show waitlisted classes as classes you have enrolled in? Is it show a student can follow up on assignments or something?

    So many Faculty requested that waitlisted students be added to their WebCT (now Ted) courses that it was decided to add all waitlisted students by default.

    Many waitlisted students get added to the course so it is only fair that they have access to all course resources starting on the first day.

    If you don't add or drop the course then you will be removed automatically at the start of second week.
