Language Proficiency Requirement

AHSNGOAHSNGO Registered User Posts: 23 New Member

As an ERC student, I have to exemplify proficiency in a foreign language as a GE requirement. I was never good with foreign languages in high school (took 3 years of mandarin, learned next to nothing) and I am not really interested in becoming fluent in another language.

I rather not stress over this GE requirement over my major specific courses. Does anyone have suggestions as to which language I should enroll in to fulfill the requirement with ease?

If it counts for the requirement, I have a handful of friends who took ASL for fun, and they enjoyed it. Never took it myself, though.
