I got 26 on the ACT 29 English, 30 Math, 21 reading, and 25 science. But everything else is great GPA: 4.2 weighted. Ranked 5th. 5 AP classes; 25 college credits ( dual enrollment); descent essays, hopefully. What the university take into consideration that I have been only 4 years in the US as excuse for my poor performance on ACT. Also, what are my chances; I am applying to university ofChicago?
Thank you,

What is your sat cr+m score? some times one does not get high score in act will have higher score in sat and vise versa. No, 4 years in the US is not an execuse for college admission.
I got a 30 on the ACT because my science score was a 24. The others were M-34, R-32, E-29. Science was last and I just sort of zoned out for 15 minutes on one question.
Could I just take the English and Science Sections this time and get zeros for the others? Would this be frowned upon?
