self-reported grades reported wrong?

hi!

when i did my self-reported grades in my uiuc application, instead of listing all my senior year grades as "in progress," i listed them as they were when I applied. A few of my grades have changed since then (from A to A-). I just realized i'd done this after I got received the admission letter and i'm wondering if they'll rescind my admission because of it? What do you guys think I should do?
