I want to major in computer science. What are my chances of getting into UMCP 2015. Please evaluate my chances:

GPA: 3.71 (Unweighted)
Class Rank: not shown in my school( probably top 15%)
SAT: 1750 (first try) but cant retake because I'm applying for priority
SAT II: MATH I: my tutor says in the 700's
Senior Course Load: AP Literature
AP Environmental science
AP Government
Honors Pre-Calc
Computer Programming 1
IB Film
Digital Art

Extracurriculars: - Planned a fundraiser for a local blind school and raised up to 300,000 Naira (Nigerian currency) to fund medical procedures, braille books, and computer facilities,

-Joined the NHS and became a student delegate in my first high school year in the US
-Attended the National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC) and rose awareness with my NSLC group about the brutal effects of skin cancer and how to prevent it in our PSA speech at Northwestern.
-Rising Astronomy Club Leader; dismantled and re-engineered a faulty particle detector that specializes in detecting Muons falling from space as well at attending the Master's Class at Johns Hopkins on how to understand and diagnose readings from the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at Cern through a software that models it.

- Part of my Nigerian Soccer team (2 years)
- Hosted a french exchange student for 10 days in a program to improve culture.
Ethnicity: African-American
- Taking an online Computer Programming called CS50
Other information: I'm in essence an international student; I started my High school in Nigeria ( first 2 years; freshman and sophomore) then we moved to the US for my last 2 years (junior and senior year). I know my math and some other classes are lower than my peers in the Senior year but i didn't have the access to these classes back in Nigeria but im trying to make up for this when i joined in junior year ( took 2 AP's). Will Admissions give me some slack?

Im also applying to NYU, and UIUC some others.
do i have a Chance to get in? i know admissions in America is extremely competitive.
