UMD's Coalition App Locked

TerpDad888TerpDad888 Registered User Posts: 60 Junior Member
My daughter began working on her UMD application in the Coalition App, but it stopped accepting info for a while - I understood some questions may have been changed and it stopped being live - in any event we received an email today from UMD that the Fall 2018 Application is (again) live on the Coalition App. But when she went back in there are still pictures of a lock for the Application Questions, Uploads (she cannot upload her activities resume or essay even if that was completed) and Payment. In addition to the picture of the lock when she hovers the mouse over the "go to questions" "go to uploads" or "submit application" for payment a red circle with a line in the middle indicating the process won't be accepted comes up. Is anyone else experiencing this? None of the other schools on her Coalition App are having this issue.

@TerpDad888 - This is UMD's first year using the Coalition App, so I suggest calling Admissions.

Excellent advice. They told me the prior section must be completed before moving on to the next one. There was something wrong with the official documents, my daughter fixed it and was able to continue the application. Good thing to know for anyone who has this problem.
