chances for nursing?

I was wondering if someone can chance me to get into the nursing school at umass? I'm a senior and out-of-stater=)
I'm planning in retaking both the ACT and the SAT but on my first try I got a 29 composite and 33 writing on the ACT and 640 CR 620 M and 640 W and on the SAT (I didn't look at a single SAT untill that day. whoops)
I got a 710 on Biology E
I took AP Bio and recieved a 5
I'm taking AP English Lit, AP Euro and AP Stats this year.
I've also taken a bunch of honors, advanced and college level classes all 4 years. My GPA is around a 93/94.
I've been involved in tennis, MUN, habitat for humanity, Leo's club, student council, NHS and environmental club. I also have a bunch of volunteer hours and am certified in CPR. I've worked as a camp consueler, waitress, receptionist and assistant. Did I leave anything important out? What are my chances please?
