University of Michigan Sophomore Transfer

Hi! I'm currently a freshman applying from the University of Pittsburgh. I would have completed 38 credits by the end of this year, and here are my stats:

College GPA: 3.942
SAT: 1300
High School GPA: 91% or a 3.7
I took 5 APs and almost every honors class in my school.
Majors: Environment and/or Sociology
Jobs: currently have 3 as a summer camp counselor, research assistant, and Jumpstart corps member (preschool teacher)
Activities: many leadership positions, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, NHS, FBLA, Rotary Club, I'm a radio DJ, involved in many extracurriculars, and I edit the campus sociology journal.

I just applied and am really nervous! Could anyone tell me what my chances would be? Thank you so much!
