Is it possible to confirm enrollment, pay the $160 dollars, then a little later during May cancel enrollment without penalty? (besides the 160 dollars). Same with housing, can I confirm my housing by May 1, and cancel the housing after May 1? Is there a date in which your contract says you have to pay the room/board for the next year?

It's unethical so don't do it unless you have a valid reason for it.

I dont think it matters that much at a large state school. They hardly have time to investigate where else u deposited. They wont be thrilled of course and if u cancel over phone, the counselor or whoever cancels ur enrollment wont be too nice but they wont do anything.
