Did I miss a question?

I was looking through my UNC application again today when I noticed something I hadn't before. Under the "Activities" tab of the UNC-specific portion it says, "If you wish to submit your resume, you may upload it here." I didn't have a resume to submit, so I skipped it. But I just now saw that underneath that it says, "Please briefly elaborate on one of your extracurricular activities or work experiences."
Was this a required question that I missed? And if so, is there any way to rectify this mistake, or do you think they simply threw my application out on arrival for incompleteness? (I submitted my application as an Early Action applicant on October 14, 2015.) Please help!
