UNC Admission Rescinded? (Transfer)

marbel11marbel11 Registered User Posts: 2 New Member
I have been excepted to UNC to transfer in the Fall of 2016. I made a D in Chemistry 2 this semester. I had a B all semester but then I failed the final. Will they rescind by admission? My grades have been mostly As and I still have a 3.69 even after the D and I made As in highschool

The people that know work in admissions at UNC. It doesn't matter what people think here. You're wasting time posting instead of calling them to face up to it, see if it is a problem, and if so if there is something you can do to keep your admission. It's not like they might miss it if you don't call.

Once you're accepted, you're accepted. There's nothign else to it. You literally have to mess up (legally) or create a public scandal to get your admissions rescinded. For admissions to be rescinded (typically), it requires a committee or a panel of people to decide. In other words, it's not a 1-person decision. They won't rescind your application for doing more schooling....

I got placed on the waitlist, but this semester I got two A's and one B. B was in genetics ridiculously hard class but made A on final. A in statistics with additional s.i. class. A in weight training 2 class. Lol. So 6 credits of As n 4 for a B. Brings my cummualtive around a 3.545.
