I contacted the admissions office...

...and since I am a minority the guy told me to send a transcript and list of Ec's to the office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs since I am a URM (african american)....i felt like this might help....since it shows that im interested or w/e...Will it help at all?

    whoa whoa wait when are you going to do that? when you apply? wait what exactly does it do? what if they just look at it and say alright wth is this and then throw it out? (i doubt that they would, but still i'm confused)

    jaw - did u visit unc-ch?

    i hope it helps cuz i will be doing the same thing then. it's pretty fun being black.

    i just emailed the admissions office to ask them when the best time was to visit and i told him i was black...he told me the best time to visit was in sept and he said that if i was interested in any fall programs to send my transcript to the diversity and multicultural affairs office lol

    im going to apply EA in nov but i wanted them to know i was interested so i emailed them....when i sent the stuff in they are not making any decision or anything....i guess they wanted to see if i would be eligible for the programs
