Is this a manageable workload for a freshman

CHEM 102
COMP 116 + REC
ENEC 222 + REC
LFIT 113
EDUC 101

This is 13 credit hours. I'm currently on the waitlist for CHEM 102L and if I get in that I think I'll drop EDUC 101 because that'll give me 12 credit hours. I like the first four classes but I'm considering possibly dropping COMP 116 for something easier because it's already pretty difficult even thought it's an introduction class. Thoughts?
