What are the classes like and what are the professors like? Are there any good internship and/or study abroad opportunities?

I can only speak about the Political Science department at ND - we have amazing professors that are the foremost experts in their fields. Some names that I can think of: Sebastian Rosato, Kiers Lieber and many many others that I can't think of now. You should look at the website's faculty list.

As for internships, the Career Center has resources to help. The political science department provides resources also through Carolina Arroyo, a full time Director of Internships.
