Applying Early RD?

I am wondering if there is a difference in applying at the beginning of RD round or at the end of it. I know you do not receive any major benefits as you would by applying ED, but is it better to apply early on in the RD round? For example, will they keep accepting students until the class is filled, then stop? Or do they wait until they have all of the applications, then review them?

None whatsoever. Your file isn't even read until all the items are sent in. While your portion is done, if the LORs and school package gets into Penn on Jan 25th, you're read in January even if you submit in October. Many factors aren't in your control. Submit when your app is ready -- (but don't wait until the last minute either).

They read all and then they start culling. They don't read and then stop. Good luck
