Transfer into Upenn Nursing from Community College of Philadelphia

After graduating high school (from a Philly public magnet) last year I moved across country to serve a term with an educational nonprofit as an Americorps Member. I have since decided to attend CCP this fall for financial reasons but am hoping to transfer into Penn's nursing program as a junior. In high school I had excellent ECs and 3.8 unweighted GPA but very average SAT and ACT scores. What can I do over the next two years to make myself an eligible canidtate for Penn's nursing?
