I'm applying to UPenn this year and am considering applying to the Networked and Social Systems Engineering (NETS) program. Since the major seems to be pretty niche, I haven't been able to see if this major is extremely competitive like M&T or if it is similar in competitiveness or less competitive than the rest of engineering. If anyone can answer this question that would be great . Just don't want to apply to the program if the acceptance rate is crazy low like M&T. Also, if any NETS students are here, can share your experience at NETS, why you were interested, and any unique insights into the program and/or the admissions process (preferably any information on what the admissions readers look for)?
