obviously everyone here has good grades. i am wondering what everyone here has that makes them think that they will stand out...i.e. experiences, passions, talents, etc.

    - Business oriented all my life (as far back as I could remember)
    - Poor financial background (until recent years, when my family business started taking off)
    - Started family business: singlehandedly turned $10,000 investment (last of my family's savings) into $1.4 million annual revenue (Dec. 2006 - Dec. 2007)
    - Maintained school/extracurriculars while working up to 30 hours a week on family business as operations manager, handled sales, marketing, and expansion
    - Started own business last year (branch off of my first business), annual revenues of $70,000 (2006-2007). This second business doesn't get much attention now, as I have reverted focus back onto my first (family) business
    - Decent SAT (2190) and grades (3.6 UW) meanwhile devoting much time to my business(es)
