Other schools...

It just occurred to me that this would be a good place to share where other people are applying.

I'm still really confused and kind of lagging on the whole thing (all depending on the Dec 15th decision) and I cannot really relate to everyone else's lists (from my school).

So for those of you that applied to UPenn ED-

Where else are you applying?
Are you applying/did you apply before you find out? Or are other people in limbo as well?

    Let's go down the list shall we:
    Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Georgetown, Northwestern, Emory, Rice, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and either Princeton or Duke

    Tell me if this plan would work:

    Basically, I've been done with all the applications for a good amount of time. I will try to send them letters of rec and counselor forms this week. I will hold back the online components to avoid paying the application fees. If I here good news from Penn, I will inform them not to expect my application. If I don't hear good news, I'll click submit on the other apps.

    Indiana (accepted)
    Wisconsin
    Michigan (accepted)
    Vanderbilt

    Have to finish:
    Princeton
    Stanford

    Removed from list after UMich acceptance:

    Emory, Duke, NYU, Harvard, Yale

    At this point Indiana, Wisc and Vanderbilt are all eliminated. Only going OOS if I get into Penn, Princeton or Stanford

    @hpandu,

    I don't understand your list. You took Harvard/Yale off after getting into Michigan?

    @hpandu,

    I don't understand your list. You took Harvard/Yale off after getting into Michigan?

    I mean I was going to apply, but I still had to give those 2 recs to my teacher (along w/ the others that got eliminated), I got into Mich (and didn't really feel like filling any more out), & I already had Penn, Stan and Princeton on the list, so why bother?

    Hmm I think everyone basically has a very similar list.

    Upenn, NYU, UVA, Michigan, Stanford, Princeton, Northeastern, Northwestern, Yale, BC, Harvard, Cornell
    Safeties? Not really... blah.

    legendofmax- what do you mean you went to the wrong school?
