Pitt vs RIT for electrical engineering

So i have been accepted to these two choices but still I still don't know which one to choose.
I am certain that both schools offer me a great education but there's one thing that makes me like Pitt is the city and being next to CMU kinda creates a student community there while RIT is all alone and not in the city.
Since i'm an international student, i will have to pay oos tuition without any scholarships and aid ( not available for international students) while I have to pay around 34k if I go to RIT.
If i go to Pitt and live off-campus then it will be just a little bit more expensive than RIT. My main concern right now is if its really worth paying more for Pitt.
