2 year on campus living requirement

Hi everyone,

I just submitted my application to UPS as a back up for UW Seattle. I noticed that they require you to live on campus for two years, regardless of when you transfer (I only have 2 years left). Are they very strict about this? I've lived in an apartment on my own for the two years I've been in school and I have two cats, so I can't possibly imagine living on campus and not having my cats with me. Any information about avoiding this requirement would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
