Why isn't there a place to list Awards?

on the application? do they not care about awards, or should i put them in the extracurricular section?

    Is there a section for "any other information"?
    My D (a Junior now) had a lot of awards that were important to list since they all related to her principal EC as well as to her major. I believe she put them in the EC section and in the "more information" section.
    Yes, USC cares about awards. In fact they can have an effect with regards to consideration for merit scholarships as they can make you stand out, as long as the rest of the application is also up to standard.

    USC is not picky about where you list them.
