I was accepted at Roski School of Arts at USC for Bachelor of Art, and I was wondering how difficult would it be to transfer to Dornsife Poli Sci or International Relations?

You can take care of it before orientation so you have the right advisor set up at orientation. My D is there now (for orientation tomorrow/Friday) and she received an introduction email from her advisor last week asking if she was staying in the major and replied that she was switching, and that advisor reached out to her new one who already connected with her new major advisor. Super duper easy and one of the big reasons we chose USC (among many many others). :)
