Hey y'all I am going to apply to transfer for the spring of 2015. Currently I am at Emory University but I am a native of Arlington, VA. Here are my stats so I can see what you guys think of my chances.

School: Emory University, class of 2017
College GPA: 3.66
High school GPA: 3.90
ACT: 28 (retaking it in September)
Applying to UVA College of Arts and Sciences
Major: Anthropology, Environmental Science

Extracurricular Activities: Emory Club Crew, Filipino Student Association, Project Shine (tutor refugee children in English), Jerome Ford Nature Center (this summer I am working with an entomologist at the nature center to catalog the arthropod species at the Dora Kelley Nature Park as well as preparing specimens for preservation), Emory Environmental Alliance (campaign for on-campus sustainability and fossil fuel divestment), Generation Response Magazine (I write for the mag and two of my papers on myrmecology/environmental science were published), Arlington Public Schools Language Services Registration Center (I am a test administrator for English proficiency exams to second-language students)

Additional EC: I am also going to list my involvement in varsity lacrosse and theater competitions in 11-12th grade high school.

What do you guys think?
