Recommendation Question

i was browing the application online and i didn't see any form for a teacher recommendation. is a recommendation required or am i missing the form? please help me out.

    It says the recommendation is optional, but recommended. (Hehe.) There's no form for that reason. When you go to apply, there's a place where you can sign up to have the University send your teacher a link to an online recommendation form if you want. Or, they accept ones on paper and I bet if you label it on the envelope as a recommendation part of your supplement, you'll be fine. :) My teacher's doing the online one, so if you're doing paper...make sure to clarify what I said.
