Are there any stats about UW's grad school admissions?

Numbers for undergrad admissions are easy to find, but I can't seem to come up with anything on Google, Yahoo Answers, or UW's website. I'm a junior at UW, graduating in 2012 (hopefully), and so far have a 3.41 GPA. I'm afraid I'm not really on a good track, since I don't imagine most of the grad students there got GPAs below 3.5. And then the GRE is a totally different story...

Which graduate school are you looking at, specifically?

    Edit: Like which department?

It would almost certainly (like 95% chance) be either one of my two majors.

My cumulative overall GPA up to this point = 3.41 (127 credits completed, not all of which are graded)
Cumulative GPA in Anthropology = 3.37 (35 credits completed; some more currently in-progress)
Cumulative GPA in French = 3.90 (5 credits completed; some more currently in-progress)

    Couple of problems here:

    1. I'm not terribly proud of my current overall GPA. I'd like to see it rise to above a 3.5.
    2. My major in anthropology is actually lower than my overall GPA. Yes, I suck more at my major, which presumably I'm supposed to be good at.
    3. My French grade may look impressive, but that's because it came from only one class (French 301, the lowest level), and thus I only have five credits counting toward it. Very likely to go down soon (although probably not by much). Oh, and did I mention I'm not fluent in French at all?

Jeez, numbers around 3.8. That's tough. So what exactly happens to undergraduates who fail to make that? Is it just the end of the line in the academic career for them if they can't manage that?
