GPA: 3.62-66 UW, 4.4something weighted
Class rank: Top 20% (My school is NUTS, the #1 class rank last year had a 4.86)
Grade trend: Nonexistent. 3.57 freshman year, 3.86 sophmore year, and either a 3.57 or 3.43 junior year.
SAT: 2020 (730 CR, 680 W, 610 M) Retaking next week, I didn't study at all for the 2020.

APs:
US Gov & Pol (4)
WHAP (4 or 5)
Environmental science (5)
English 11 (5)
English 12 (haven't taken yet, probably a 4 or 5)
Bio (Haven't taken yet, it WILL be a 5)
Calc AB (3)
Statistics (3,4, or 5, haven't taken yet)
European History (4 or 5)

Extracurriculars: Black belt in taekwondo, raised and bred endangered cichlids (type of fish) and designed seminars for young people to understand ecosystems, 4 years of XC, 2 years of track. Published in the official journal of the American Cichlid association at age 13, received two awards for my article, including member of the year.

Internship: Docent of education at the national aquarium in Washington DC

Essays: Will be spectacular

Teacher & counselor recs: N/A (UW doesn't look, right?)

Applying with a STRONG interest in their school of aquatic and fisheries science.

State: Maryland
Ethnicity: White
Gender:Male
Income bracket: 100k+

Do you think I'll get in? I know my grades could be better, but I'm hoping the stellar extracurriculars make up for it.

Your GPA is somewhat on the low side, but your SAT scores and ECs make up for that. I think you have a great shot at being admitted next year.

Ok- I just retook the SAT and I'm about 90% sure I upped my SAT score to a 2200+. Are my odds a bit better now?

From the statistics that you have provided, I believe you have a high change of being admitted. However, UW seems to focus more on GPA than the SATS. But since you will be an OOS student, the U will definitely be more likely to accept you when looking at your application hollistically. Good luck!
