Should I worry about getting into UW?

Hey guys, first post here. I'll try to keep it as terse as I can.

I'm unsure of my acceptance into UW. Their GPA range is 3.6-3.9, but their SAT average is around 1880.

My GPA is 3.28 unweighted. It's dragged down by Freshman year, when I was in Canada. I am doing IB Diploma.

My SAT is 2130.

My extracurriculars: DECA Nationals competition qualifier, Chief Technology Officer of a cultural nonprofit org, 9+ years of competitive martial arts, treasurer of 2 clubs, Sergeant in Royal Canadian Air Cadets.

My teachers told me that my essays (for the UW writing section) were written better than the average student.

On a scale of 1-100%, what are my chances of getting accepted into the UW?

Thanks guys
