I sent my transcript to the University of Washington w/o knowing they don't want it.Will it hurt me?

I did my application pretty last minute but knew before submitting that they asked applicants not to send letters of recommendation. What I didn't know was that they didn't want the transcript either. I never would have guessed they didn't want something like that. I just want to know if it'll hurt my chances? It's an irrational fear but I just can't get it out of my mind.
