Help me understand what the difference between these two are? Why would I choose one over the other? Is there any advantage in choosing one over the other?

And I see that CE is ABET accredited, but can't tell if CS is not. Is CS really not ABET accredited? More advantageous to go with CE job-wise when it's ABET?

No one cares about ABET for CS. It’s only useful for Civil Engineering or other engineering disciplines where certification is needed. Berkeley, Stanford, MIT CS dont have the certification and they are arguably the 3 best schools in the country for CS.
